Mostly rideable singletrack path past a deeply incised valley with a ribbon lake in the bottom. Far ranging views in both directions. My opinion is that it is bast tackled from east to west as you have gravity helping you! As you approach Loch an Daimh, be careful not to miss the faint path that takes you down to the loch, where you can pick your way through the boggy bit. Going too far means backtracking or a lumpy, heathery trudge to the loch.
