The Girlan Winery, founded as a cooperative in 1923, is now run by two hundred winegrowing families and cultivates 230 hectares of vineyards. Its focus is on five flagship varieties that thrive in the particularly favorable growing areas of the Überetsch and Unterland valleys. The mild climate, characterized by large temperature differences between day and night, promotes the development of delicate aromas and a long shelf life for the wines. The barren, clayey soils and well-ventilated vineyards also contribute to the quality.

The winery focuses on Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Schiava, and Pinot Noir. These wines, characterized by mineral freshness, fruity structure, and authenticity, have managed to sell successfully in over 30 countries worldwide and establish themselves as "top-quality, down-to-earth wines."

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
