Manincor combines historic charm with a deep commitment to biodynamic winemaking. With 50 hectares of vineyards, the winery in Kaltern is one of the largest and most traditional in South Tyrol, with over 400 years of history. Since 2005, Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg has pursued a biodynamic cultivation approach based on soil revitalization, greening measures, and animal husbandry.

The vines are treated with herbal teas to strengthen them and provide support during stress. In the modern winery built within the vineyard, grapes from half a million vines are processed. This is where authentic, sensual wines are produced, crafted with passion and craftsmanship.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
