It's probably the city's most famous beach, so unfortunately it's always quite crowded during peak season. When I was there in early March, there was absolutely nothing going on 😉.
I haven't been able to find out where the name "Lady's Mile Beach" comes from.
A very long, flat, fine golden sand beach with clear water and a few restaurants. It's located on the edge of the RAF base.
