A bit like bike&hike, (bit of riding, a bit of pushing) but definitely worth it, especially in early spring when it's already quite warm but there are no swarms of insects yet. I managed on a gravel bike, although a mountain bike can be useful but the handlebars can catch on bushes in the narrowest places. More details from the route in the first part of this video:
