The Plaza de María Auxiliadora is a small, shady square with a fountain in the middle and a few restaurants with chairs and tables. It is the main access route from the old town of Ronda down to the El Tajo Gorge. There are great views over the valley.

What can we say about Ronda's cliff? Melville filmed the martinete scene with Antonio the Dancer here for his film "Mystery and the Spirit of Flamenco." Spectacular views of the Grazalema mountain range are just across the way!
