Hiking

This rock in Ellefeld Park is also a historical relic on the edge of the ancient continent Gondwana. It was given the name "Forest Bridge" in 2022 through a naming competition among the classes of Ellefeld Elementary School. The official naming and inclusion in the Saxon Geosite Register was performed by the students of Ellefeld Elementary School on Geosite Day in September 2022 in Ellefeld Park and confirmed by the Office for the Environment, Agriculture and Geology (LfULG).
