Hiking

The Aukrug Nature Park Association has planted another 30 fruit trees in 2022.
This time on the hiking trail next to the Kiesgruben Lake. The path is fantastic, not only when the fruit is in bloom or ripe - it offers hikers a beautiful view to the east over the lake, which is also the winter quarters of the rare Bewick's swans.
