The Phoenixsee Residence is an exclusive senior residence right on the banks of Dortmund's Phoenix Lake. It offers 99 stylishly designed apartments with sizes between 36 and 90 square meters, all equipped with high-quality materials such as parquet floors, underfloor heating and modern fitted kitchens. In addition, 80 single rooms are available for inpatient care. 
The residence attaches great importance to a comprehensive range of services: a 24-hour reception, fitness rooms, a physiotherapy practice, an in-house hairdresser as well as a library and a concert hall are part of the facilities. A special highlight is the sky bar on the twelfth floor, which offers an impressive view of the Phoenix Lake. 
Culinary delights are provided by a gourmet restaurant under the direction of star chef Anthony Sarpong, which is also open to external guests. 
The Phoenixsee Residence was officially opened in April 2023 and has since set standards for luxurious living in old age. The prices for the apartments vary between 3,000 and 6,500 euros per month depending on the size and amenities.
