The Cuckmere Haven at Exceat is the main entry point for Seven Sister Country Park, known for it’s text book ox-bow lakes. It’s a lovely spot but it’s a bit of a honeypot, so gets busy when the weather is good. If you’re cycling on the A259 coast road, expect queues of traffic as the bridge west of the entrance is single lane only.
