Good asphalt, not a little traffic. The RR109 to Zarzis is not nice to drive, there is a lot of traffic and above all very fast traffic. But I don't know if the detour via Medenine is better.
In the west, the RR109 towards Ben Gardane is not very busy at all, all vehicles turn onto this RR110 here instead of driving straight on. The asphalt looked good there, though.
