Mosquito Creek originates from a lake on the slopes of Mosquito Mountain (2,957 m). The creek is a tributary of the Bow River.
The Mosquito Creek Campground is located at the mouth next to the Icefields Parkway. The Campground is open from June to mid-October and does not provide services. No reservation is needed; distribution is based on first come first served.
