Similkameen River rises on the eastern slope of Manning Park and flows through southern British Columbia. The river flows into the Okanagan River near Oroville in the US state of Washington. Highway 3, the Crowsnest Highway, follows the meandering riverbed from Allison Pass in Manning Park to south of Cawston.
