The observation point is in the Klausbach valley, about 20 minutes from the Hintersee National Park information point. It is the perfect place to, with a bit of luck, discover the "king of the skies". Numerous information boards provide you with exciting knowledge about the golden eagle. So if you've always wanted to learn more about the hunting strategies of the eagle or the monitoring of the Berchtesgaden National Park, you've come to the right place! In addition, the wooden loungers invite you to relax with a view of the sky.

A lot of great information boards about the golden eagle. Supposedly there is even a chance to see eagles flying at this point. The weather wasn't good enough for us.
