This climb starts directly from the shores of Rikavacko Jezero (the lake of the Devil) and will take you to Veruša mountain village. 400 m of elevation packed in just 3 km means this road is steep and requires reasonable effort. The good news? Once you reach the saddle, the most beautiful view opens up on a gravel descent!
The difficulty of this climb changes dramatically depending on the ground surface. The locals groom it frequently to ease the Lake access with cars, but heavy rains often dig deep stream holes in the ground, increasing the unevenness of the terrain.
