Risan is the oldest settlement in the Bay of Kotor and the best place to relax after a few days in the mountains. Bakeries, local shops, and seafood specialties will welcome you to Montenegro's coastline! A must-do: book a visit to the island of Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks). This is the only artificial island of the Adriatic, built on a rock by two Venetian sailors after a revelation of the Virgin Mary.
