Oskar Stübinger (* December 25, 1910 in Edenkoben; † July 27, 1988 in Müllheim) was a German farmer, estate manager and politician (CDU).
Stübinger was born the son of a wine merchant and winemaker. After attending elementary school and graduating from high school in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, he began studying agriculture and forestry at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn, where he was a member of the Corps Markomannia. After completing his studies with a diploma in agriculture (1932), he worked as a scientific assistant at the teaching and research institute for fruit and wine growing in Neustadt. He worked on his parents' farm from 1935 and managed the Dreihof estate near Offenbach an der Queich from 1939.

In 1940/41 and 1944/45 he took part in the Second World War as a soldier.
After the end of the war, Stübinger worked again as an estate manager. He belonged to numerous agricultural associations, including president of the Rheinpfalz and Rhein-Main Raiffeisen associations, before being elected president of the Rhineland-Palatinate Raiffeisen Association in 1968. In addition, he held the office of vice president of the International Wine Office in 1953/54.
