The ruins of an old 11th-century castle "Château d'Hyères" tower high above Hyères. These castle ruins are visible from far away and dominate the view from all around. From here you have a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of Hyères. Admission is free, as is the parking.

Cycling

In itself nothing special. A few wall and tower ruins on a rocky hill overgrown with vegetation. But the view over the city, the coast and the mountains is overwhelming. Especially in the evening.
