Cycling
Useful traffic free path that connects Epping Forest across the Lea Valley to network of routes in Enfield and Hertfordshire. Path is paved, although some rough patches (Jan 25) yet easily passable on a road bike. Much more pleasant alternative to the limited and busy roads in the area.
