The church, designed by the architect Luigi Candiani, was opened to the public in 1949 and consecrated by the then bishop Albino Luciani on 26 August 1961.[3] The bell tower, however, was built between 1990 and 1991. It has three bells in F3 cast by the Premiata Fonderia De Poli of Vittorio Veneto (TV) in the Holy Year 1950 and a small bell, president of the old church.
