From the street - there is a large sign saying "Cave" there! - 431(!) steps lead up to this (narrow!) viewpoint! You have to climb up through(!) the cave - it is sometimes narrow (keep your head down!) and slippery, but there is a handrail to hold on to. A flashlight (or cell phone light) is recommended on the last section of the "Cave Tunnel"!
