The Perimeter trail is the longest trail managed by the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. It stretches 14 miles in one direction and can be combined with some other trails in the refuge to create a huge loop.

This is one of just a couple trails leaving from the refuge that allows dogs on its paths. Know that you are sometimes close to the road, though, so you won't want to let your pup run free.
