Lėbartas Jurgis (1879–1946) was a cultural figure and politician, businessman, signatory of the Tilžė Act and member of the Lithuania Minor Rescue Committee. In 1928, for his services to Lithuania and the Klaipėda region, he was awarded the Order of Grand Duke Gediminas, the Lithuanian Independence Medal, the Medal of the Supporter of the Liberation of the Klaipėda Region (silver) and the Archer's Star "for Merit".
