Quite a steep alpine path as a direct connection between Gompm Alm and Hirzerhütte. As an alternative, you can use the longer, winding forest path leading downwards, which leads down into the valley after the Hirzerhütte.

Walking up from the Gompm Alm to the valley station with 3 children is a real challenge when you come from the Mittekstation. The best thing is to vaccinate the kids in good time so that the really strenuous part will only come then.
