Appears to be a former heavy industry area being transformed into a office and landscape park. Upon entering there are a number of buildings that are re-purposed to office/retail areas. Further in there are old heavy industry structures surrounded by a park.
At the time of my visit (Jan 2025) this section was cordoned off. Not sure if this is temporary or long term, but the surrounding area appears to still be undergoing development.
