Hiking

From 1652 onwards, the manor house "Haus Freudenberg" of the steward of Kleve Prince Johann Moritz was located above the slope. From looted war material as well as mortars, field snakes and cannonballs he built himself 1653, at this place an elevated view chair on which one could think about nature, war and art. Since 2007 it is possible again. I hope that we never have to think about war on this beautiful place again.
