A fantastic hike thats not too strenuous and I say suitable for most. I parked in the High Cascades Car Park for Aire Force Waterfall. Tip: if you get there early enough, you will bag a parking spot on the side of the road right opposite the National Trust car park. And avoid paying. The route to is well defined by trail paths thats easy to follow. You get lovely views overlooking Ullswater and the opposite Fells on a clear day.
