Hiking
Anyone who skips the "shortcut" through the tunnel to the north at Akranes will be rewarded with beautiful scenery around Hvalfjörður. A stop here at Fossárrétt is practically a must. We had the pretty waterfall and the historic building (remains of the wall) all to ourselves.
