The Odeon of Lyon (French: Odéon antique de Lyon) is a small ancient Roman theater (edeodon) near the summit of the Fourvière Mountains in Lyon, France. It forms a pair with the ancient Theater of Fourvière, one of only two such pairs in Gaul (the other is in Vienne). Along with other buildings in Lyon, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1998, preserving Lyon's long history as a powerful city and its unique architecture.

The ruins could still be seen in the 16th century and were mistakenly thought to be the amphitheater where the persecution of Lyon took place in 177.
