The wooden cross with a gable roof known here as the “Hunter’s Cross”, which is classified as a so-called “Arma Christi Cross”, was erected in 1975 by the parish of Christ’s Resurrection in Röttgen. The rich furnishings with symbols of the Passion are worth a second look.

My respect goes to the person who donated the bench behind the cross. Firstly, I find the foundation's achievement remarkable, and secondly, the overcoming of the bureaucratic hurdles that are certainly necessary to erect such a bench. Unfortunately, someone managed to break the left wing (August 25, 2015).
