The Fieler Moor is a really beautiful nature reserve in the village of Nordhastedt, the surrounding area is ideal for mountain bike and bicycle driving, the area here is beautiful. If you are interested, you can also observe the animals and birds that live here.
The nature reserve consists of fen areas, former peat cuts and wet grassland. There are two large ponds here, which are also part of the nature reserve.
Marsh harriers and water rales living in silting holes live in the area. In spring and autumn, various migratory birds also inhabit this area: mallard ducks, wigeons, grebes, bladders and goosander.
