Hiersenhof is an estate south of Beers that is located north of the Ossenbroek estate. South of this estate flows the Laarakkerse Waterleiding.
Around the beginning of the 20th century the De Quay family settled on this estate. In 1959, when Jan de Quay retired as Queen's Commissioner, he was given the complete restoration and modernization of the estate as a gift from the people of North Brabant. He moved there permanently in 1969, after ending his political career, and died there in 1985.

Although the estate is not accessible, the chapel built in 1942, dedicated to Our Lady Queen of Peace, is located at the entrance on the public road. This chapel was built by a student guild that was on camp here.
The construction of the chapel took on a certain significance because Jan de Quay had been taken hostage at that time and it was not clear how things would develop further. There was even a threat of execution. This threat was averted at the consecration of the chapel on 15 August 1942 (Assumption of Mary).
