The Palace of the Government Commission of Revenues and the Treasury, located at 3/5 Bankowy Square in Warsaw, was built in the years 1823–1825 in the classicist style. It was created as a result of the reconstruction of the baroque Leszczyński Palace for the Government Commission of Revenues and the Treasury of the Kingdom of Poland. The building consists of the main body and two wings with colonnades. The tympanum features a bas-relief depicting Minerva, Mercury and Jason, as well as allegories of the Vistula and the Bug Rivers.

In the years 1829–1831, Juliusz Słowacki worked in the palace, commemorated by a bust and a commemorative plaque. In the interwar period, the palace, after being adapted by Marian Lalewicz, served as the seat of the Ministry of the Treasury.

The building was destroyed during the bombings in 1939 and rebuilt in the years 1950–1954, becoming the seat of the Presidium of the Capital National Council. Currently, the palace houses the seat of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw and the Mazovian Voivodeship Office.

In 2016, a boulder commemorating Lech Kaczyński was unveiled in the courtyard of the palace, which sparked controversy due to the lack of consent from the capital's conservator of monuments.
