This chapel is located on the corner of Dr. Goffinstraat and Deleydstraat, a stone's throw from Waasmont Castle and - in the other direction - the cemetery. According to the inscription, the chapel was built on April 1, 1808. It also says: "H. Maria Koninginne des hemels bod voor ons", in two languages. Behind the chapel is a (difficult to see from this location) larger house, probably an older town house with a farm. The white painted main building is not so visible, the brown barn and white rear building are more visible if you take the road to the cemetery.
