Very bad directions, the pond is private and the whole area is not allowed to be entered. No recommendation should be given for the lanzenbrunner pond.

The Lanzenbrunner Weiher, located north of Kaiserslautern in the Otterberg Forest, is one of the last still recognizable fish ponds in the Otterberg Monastery. The monks of the Cistercian monastery lived without meat. However, since the consumption of fish was allowed, the Lanzenbrunn pond was created as a fish pond. It has been privately owned since 1903.
Natural, idyllic pond, a gem in the Otterberg Forest.
