Redgate Beach is a beautiful stretch of sand nestled between rocky outcrops, with Calgardup Brook flowing into the ocean at its southern end. There are walking tracks behind the beach that lead to the Redgate headland, with rock pools where you can search for marine life. The beach itself is also a trailhead for the Cape to Cape Track heading south, and just 100 meters offshore lie the historic remains of the SS Georgette, a steamship wrecked here in 1876.
