Once through the horrid smells of Gaerstones Farm's barn and up along the road, turn left and over the fence on to the public footpath and into the hollow to the side of Helmeth Hill. This will lead to a pretty small stream and Cwms Road.
Tip: Can be quite muddy, boots / wellies required in rainy season.
