Hubertussteig Trail

The Jäger- and Hubertussteig is one of the most beautiful and longest singletrack trails in the Augsburg Nature Park - Westliche Wälder. At a wooden bridge near Welden you will find the first signpost for entry into the circuit, behind the bridge there is also a large parking lot.However, a sign indicates that the Jägersteig is prohibited for cyclists. However, some tire tracks reveal that this circuit is also very popular with mountain bikers ... ;-)Both climbs merge into each other, so that a beautiful and about 8 km long circuit is created, which is technically not too difficult to drive but with a lot of flow in a beautiful landscape. At the beginning, he is waiting with a root passage and in places with very narrow paths along the slope.

To the north, the Hubertussteig is really fun, would classify him as S1 to S2 due to its (in places) mighty roots.
