The north-eastern tower houses the castle chapel, which was established in 1643 after Count Franz Nadasdy converted to Catholicism on the occasion of his marriage to the Catholic Anna Juliana Esterhazy. The pointed arches of the high windows are divided into four-leaf tracery, today enriched with stained glass pictures by Anton Lehmden.
