Tips
Hůrka (German: Hurkenthal) is a defunct glassmaking village in the Bohemian Forest with a surprisingly interesting history. The former Hůrka is located about 7 km east of Železná Ruda. It was founded in 1732 in the Hafenbrändl glassworks.In 1766, a new glass factory was founded near the original smelting works.
