The Three Forks Area is a special place where the East Fork Black River and Boneyark Creek come together. Besides being a great spot for fishing, it is also home for rare species like the California Floater (a freshwater mussel), the Three Forks Springsnal and the Chiricahua Leopard Frog. Therefore, parts of the Three Forks Area is closed for entry. Keep an eye out for the boundary.
