The Franconian Saale rises in Alsleben. Cycle paths and hiking trails lead past the Saale source. Anyone on the European long-distance hiking trail can visit the pilgrimage church of St. Ursula near Alsleben. The natural surroundings invite you to linger.
The small village has three churches:
The Kreuzkapelle, built around 1430, at the entrance to the village in the direction of Bad Königshofen, which only received its own bells a few years ago through donations from citizens.
