Café Blaubeere is the last remaining part of the former boiling hut. This filled the entire area of today's Haus Rosenau. The size of the boiling hut could include up to nine boiling pans. A characteristic feature of this boiling hut was the bell tower, which announced the change of shift and was affectionately christened "the bell ringer" by the people of Sassendorf.
