The part of the Rinnkendlsteig leads entirely over the rock of the steep face of the Mooslanerkopf at a height of around 1000 meters until the forest begins again.
The ascent to the Archenkanzel at 1,346 meters takes place via the Rinnkendlsteig from Bartholomä, which is at 604 meters.
You climb through the forest over roots, boulders and gravel in more or less large serpentines. There are around 10 wooden ladders, what feels like 30 iron and 60 rope safety devices.
The most beautiful climbing passages begin at around 1000 meters below the rock face of the Mooslahnerkopf. Here it is only over rock. When you get to the Archenkopf, the forest begins again.
