In the years 1925–2009 it was called Czarnocin. The historic waiting room was moved from Wolbórka to the Pilica River Open-Air Museum in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The station had a side track, which was liquidated at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s. Until that time, the station had entry and exit semaphores (arm signals), operated by a block dispatcher who had his own room in the building next to the waiting room. The block dispatcher also operated the crossing barriers and sold tickets.
