    Road cycling

The Dutch Landrace goat, which I saw on the bike route, is a rare and traditional breed in the Netherlands. Known for its long, shaggy coat and distinctive curved horns, this breed was historically kept for milk production. It’s valued today for its hardiness and contribution to preserving Dutch agricultural heritage. Spotting one is a treat, as they are part of conservation efforts to protect this unique breed!
