The barbecue area was originally set up in 1984 on the initiative of the ADAC and in collaboration with the then city director Heinz Schwienheer. It is centrally located in the largest Füchtorf farming community and is close to the intersection that is shown in navigation systems as “Elve Zentrum”.
The area is a popular meeting point for cyclists, walking groups and school classes. So treat it with care
