In 1911 the colored windows were installed in the apse. It shows the ascension of Christ and the four evangelists: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The poet and travel writer Theodor Fontane made the painting "Christ as Pharmacist" widely known through his wanderings through the Mark Brandenburg.
