The “Cellular Cat” rests in the sun by the renovated cells.
“Cats at Księżym Młynie” is a project that was submitted to the civic budget of Łódź for 2021. The bronze sculptures of cats are already a tourist attraction and remind us of the history of this place: in the past, cats could often be seen on the Cat Trail walking to the back of the shops located there.
The idea for the sculptures on the “Cat Trail” was created by Monika Gajek, and they were made by Sławomir Micek in cooperation with Katarzyna Kowalczyk.
