The Honig-Werk is the former candy factory of W. Brasch in Wittenberge. It existed as a syrup and jam factory from 1907 until the end of the 1920s. From 1929 to 2009, several wood processing companies operated on the site.

The Honig-Werk W. Brasch in Wittenberge was founded in 1907 by Wilhelm Brasch as a syrup and jam factory. Until the late 1920s, the company primarily produced sweet spreads. From 1929 onward, various businesses occupied the site, a use that continued until 2009.

More recently, the historic building has been extensively renovated and given a new use. Wilhelm Brasch's former home will be offered as accommodation for tourists in the future.
